If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Address:
Shipping prices reflect business addresses only. Residential shipping addresses are subject to additional charges.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
The Cali King is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping:
Customer is responsible for arranging a freight forwarder located in the United States to pick up shipment from The Cali King. Once the shipment has been picked up, The Cali King is not responsible for loss or damages incurred during transit.
Returns Policy
The Cali King has a 7-Day Policy
Customers have 7 business days from the day that the order was received to report the following:
- Damaged items, lost packages/items, or request a return.
- If customer is at fault (eg. buyer’s remorse), order is subject to a 20% restocking fee and $15 return label fee (per label).
- If the order is rejected, the customer will be responsible for the $18 Fedex return label fee (per label).
- If the customer is not at fault, all fees will be waived.
- Shipping charges are refunded only when the product was mis-shipped or defective upon arrival.
- All custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned.
- All products with an expiration date will have the expiration date on the invoice.
- *International Orders* - All defective items from international orders would need to contact the manufacturer of the item.
